Returns & Refunds

Every NOYA piece is checked before it is packed. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, or you received a different item from the one you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. After checking, we will send a replacement or give a full refund to your UPI ID.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or style preference. Please check the product photos, NOYA code and details before ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by UPI to the account you paid from. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded.
